1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Condition: Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and certificates (if applicable).
Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personalized or custom-made jewelry.
  • Earrings (due to hygiene reasons).
  • Gift cards and promotional items.
    Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation or receipt is required for all returns and refunds.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

3️⃣ Ship the Item: Send the product back to our return address using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Process

Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Partial Refunds: If the item is returned in a non-original condition (e.g., missing packaging), we may issue a partial refund at our discretion.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you received a faulty product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

Same Item Exchange: We will replace defective or incorrect items with the same model.
Different Item Exchange: If you want to exchange for a different product, you may need to pay the price difference if applicable.

5. Order Cancellations

Before Shipment: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may, however, initiate a return after receiving it.
